In the following terms and conditions, Blutrronix Teknovations LLP is referred to as “Blutrronix” “we” and “us” and the customer are referred to as “you”, “Customer” and “yours”:
- The terms and conditions referred herein are for the services and detailed relationship between Blutrronix and you. The services provided by us don’t guarantee to prevent loss or damage to property or injury or death to persons on the premises but give reliable solutions to minimize occurrence of such events. Depending upon the services provisions may change.
- On the payment for the service and agreeing to the terms and conditions is considered as acceptance unless modified in writing and approved by you and us. We reserve the right to modify the General Terms of Service at any time as required.
- In case of any establishment of any default on our obligations or not performed any of our obligations, you must give both verbal and written notice to us of the default. Failure to perform such obligations within 90 days from the date of notice you may terminate the agreement without penalty by providing notice in writing to us.
- The term of this agreement shall commence from the day the service is completed, or on the day the services commence, whichever is earlier. If the customer fails to make payment within the due period agreed shall liable to pay a penalty of 10% or as deemed by us.
- In case you employ any of the third parties you are liable to pay all the charges levied in such services.
- We don’t give any guarantee to any loss or damage occurred. The types of equipment we provide are indented to prevent harm. No matter how good our services, the failure does exist.
- We are not liable for insurance coverage or any kind of compensation or damage or injury occurred to you.
- We have the right to assign this agreement to any person, firm or corporation upon written notice to you. You may not assign your obligations and rights under the agreement to any person, firm or corporation without our prior written consent.
- The operations of certain services like lockers, fire alarm are your responsibility to identify and access of secret password known to you.
- The terms and conditions will be different as per the services availed by you
- In case any dispute on general terms and conditions of service the competent jurisdiction will be decided by Blutrronix.
- There will be no verbal understandings changing or modifying any of the terms of the agreement. Any modifications to the agreement shall be clearly stated on an attachment to the agreement only after being signed by you and us.
